Accommodations

Hawthorn Cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything to make our guest feel right at home. Our warm and cozy bedrooms are the perfect haven after
a day of sightseeing or lounging on the beach.

The cottage accommodates 6 guests and offers,
3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The Hawthorn Room, a Queen Bed, The Cottage Room, a Double Bed and the Colonial Room, a Double Bed. We provide all
towels, linens, hair dryer and some toiletries.

The cottage is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The full size kitchen is stocked with all your cooking utensils, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, coffee and condiments. There’s cable service, a DVD player, stereo, movies, books, magazines and games, in addition to wireless internet for your laptop. The cottage does not have a house phone, so remember to bring your cell phone.

We are open April 1st thru October 31st, however we accept long-term winter guests.

Check-in time is 2:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am. Hawthorn Cottage is a Smoke-Free environment, however we provide comfortable seating furniture on the porch, where you can enjoy a smoke and relax. Unfortunately due to our allergy sensitive guest we do not allow pets.

RATES:
Spring — Weekly $895 — Weekend $450
Summer / Fall — Weekly $995 — Weekend $500
2-Night Minimum — $185 p/night (after 2-night minimum).

Cancellation Policy: More than Thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the 1/2 Rental fee, plus the Security Deposit, less a $75.00 administrative fee, shall be refunded. If the cancellation is Twenty-nine (29) days or less from the beginning of the Rental Period, all monies paid shall be forfeited, less the $200.00 Security Deposit, which will be REFUNDED. In the event Hawthorn Cottage is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee, the rental fee, plus security deposit, less a $175.00 administrative fee shall be REFUNDED.
